Budapest Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years on Váci Road

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary included a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and eu newsroom video retrospective and a review of past achievements and future activities.

Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
